Rebecca Foster
Rebecca Foster is the Founder and Principal of Rebecca Foster Design, a full-service residential design and project management firm known for delivering beautifully executed homes with precision, clarity, and exceptional service.
With over two decades of experience in new construction and large-scale remodels, Rebecca guides discerning homeowners from early vision through construction and final installation. Her work spans Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes, Brentwood, Santa Monica, and select projects nationwide.
Rebecca leads a skilled in-house team providing CAD documentation, detailed construction drawings, and photorealistic 3D renderings — allowing clients to clearly visualize their homes before building begins. Her bespoke studio also designs custom furniture and window treatments, ensuring each home feels cohesive and deeply personal.
She collaborates with some of California’s most respected subcontractors and specialty trades, enabling her firm to seamlessly manage complex renovations that may feel overwhelming for homeowners to tackle alone — yet don’t always require a traditional general contractor. Her role is both creative lead and strategic partner, bringing structure, oversight, and calm leadership to every phase.
Before founding her firm, Rebecca built a successful career in financial services at Citibank and Fidelity Investments. That foundation shapes her disciplined approach to budgeting, decision-making, and long-term investment value. Clients appreciate her ability to balance refined design with operational rigor.
In addition, the construction insights she acquired as she bought, remodeled and sold five homes make it possible for her to help clients and contractors communicate more effectively. She excels at translating complicated architectural plans so that clients can visualize what their homes will look like and make the best design decisions.
Having personally bought, remodeled, and sold multiple homes, Rebecca brings an owner’s perspective to every project — translating architectural plans into confident, informed decisions. Rebecca holds a degree in International Business and Japanese from Georgetown University.
